The boss taking a sabatical - please read

Recommended Posts

Hi guys. I'm going to be away from the forum for a bit so any support tickets may not get a reply or private messages.

I was out in the garage with Gayle yesterday working on the MINI. Had finished up and just putting last wheel back on when I started to get breathless. Then pains in chest and arms started, followed by feeling really such and unable to speak properly.

Gayle called an ambulance and long story short, I've had a heart attack! They had a full team waiting for me at the hospital, and got taken straight into theatre. Now got two stents fitted, and recovering well.

So shocked (as is Gayle) at me having a heart attack at this age! I mean, wtf!!!

I'm still in hospital, hoping to maybe get home tomorrow or the following day.

Thanks to Gayle for acting quickly and saving my butt!

Dave

What a shock to hear your ticker came under severe pressure Dave.  Look after yourself and forget about the Forums for now.

Her indoors suffered a heart attack 21 years ago.....she's better now than she ever was.....so what I'm really saying is you can make a full recovery after having the stints fitted.

Bless your recovery Dave :)

Well done Gayle! Top bird for looking after her investments! ?

Fer Chrissakes Dave.

Make sure the boogers get the timing right on these stents and keep yourself on a trickle-charge.

If not, you'll have an issue getting started in the mornings and run on 3 cylinders.

Kick-starting you will be a reet booger.

Get well soon ya plonker!

Take it easy and don't do anything strenuous before you are ready to.
